It is my honor to share sacred space with women during their pregnancies and births.

During pregnancy this can look like everything from walks in the park, to a day at the beach, to tea in your living room with warm, fuzzy socks and a chill playlist, to grocery shopping and cooking together, to organizing that one crazy closet, to going out for a fancy dessert and finding things to laugh about. Sisterhood is an incredibly potent medicine to give and to receive.

I also facilitate special experiences like Mother Blessings, home cleansings and custom ceremonies for anything you would like to make conscious and sacred.

If you choose to have me at your birth, I am in service to your ability to move into a state of meditative flow. I assist with limiting outside distractions, taking pictures/video as desired, empowering your partner to be in full presence with you, encouraging relaxation and most of all following your inner knowing and trusting yourself more deeply than ever before.

I am happy to assist with beautification of your birth space, shopping, cooking, last minute childcare, set up and or cleanup, placenta art, walking the dog, whatever is needed in the moment so you can focus on your highest creation.

Receive support during your sacred postpartum period so your can rest, replenish, and fully recover your vital essence while bonding with baby…this short window of time is meant to be savored and kept. Get the support you and your family deserve so you can step fully vitalized into the next season of Motherhood.

I available to assist you in:

having immediate access to warming foods & beverages to encourage healing

processing and integration of your birth story

getting connected with any specialist you may desire including lactation, overnight support, bodywork, etc.

$5500 Full support from preconception through postpartum including 3 in-person (or virtual if needed) prenatal visits, Mon. - Thurs. virtual coaching & consultation support, on call during your birth window, full day of birth support, and 2 postpartum support visits.

$150/hr. consulting and/or coaching for women looking for support and direction in any phase of motherhood
